    Initial contact started in August of last year. My motor went out and my car was towed to Reynolds per the recommendation of my job. Reynolds stated that they was able to fo the repair per the stipulations of the warranty. Four months later the repair was said to be done. One month later I had to return the car to their shop. There was no.oil in the tank. It was coming from the head Gasket because it wasn't sealed right. This resulted in another month without my car. Once again my car was returned to me. On April 30th I once again had to have the car towed to the shop. I spoke to the owner making him aware that we are both loosing out. My warranty goes until the end of this year. The owner proposed that he give me $3000 and we void the existing warranty.

    Dealer will nit provide me with the documentation requested. They said that they are waiting  on the warranty for the most recent motor purchased.
