Nothing ever fixed. A.c. is broken for months on end even after informing them multiple times. Leaks are constant. Water is shut off without warning for hours. Manager talks s*** about tenants on walky talkies to maintenance, But then is nice to your face. Pool is only occasionally opened. M-f 8-5 while most people work and its always ice cold. No weekend hours and there is always an excuse as to why its closed. Don't live here unless you want to feel like you are walking on eggshells anytime you need something fixed.

Thousands of dollars in damage from what is clearly visible in the pictures to our unit. You are a renter, you rented the USE of the unit, you didn't OWN it and you will be charged every dime it takes us to repair and replace everything you thought your design career made better. Let's talk about the AC now! Your AC worked fine and was replaced with a new unit. You were told in the beginning that because of the age of the townhomes the upstairs would be warmer than the down stairs. We accommodated you in every way and it is quite suspect that you had the same complaint form the ******** **** apartment you used as a premise to move here. If you knew you were skipping out you really shouldn't have signed a new lease because now you will owe July rent and 2 more additional months and we will also pursue that in court with the damages to the unit!! You have not turned in the keys and from what I can see on my manager portal you have yet to turn off the power in your name so I am filing an eviction on you, your "man" and your mans father of whom was the co-signer on your account!! Now, do you want to continue to blaspheme the apartments or do you want to be a big girl and play fair? As for the pool hours we don't work for free and because the owners don't pay OT then we aren't opening it up for you. Sorry, you picked the wrong day to try to pick us apart. I feel that you most likely have so much time on your hands since you don't work that all you can do is try to make people as miserable as yourself.
