      Window World of the Upstate in Greenwood SC did an awesome job of replacing three basement windows for my husband and I. They were on time, very conscientious about keeping doors shut and cleaned up everything. Randall and his team were so pleasant and professional. My new windows look great!

      I purchased doors and handles in 20**. Which are all under lifetime warranty per there sales manager. That is the reason i purchased them from window world. I could have went to another company which would have been cheaper but the warranty is what i wanted. The handles i purchased were over $500.00 which I purchased 3. They peel and discolored window world replacement 2 sets twice already. Back in June 2024 I called again to get them replaced. I got told that the company they bought them from sold to another company amd they will take care of the problem. I was also told there are many other customers having issues with the company that sold out. Once a month I contacted window world to get updated I get told I will contact owner of window world. I was also told the owner is taking care of this issue the she might have to take it to court. This has gone on for 6 months. (I have plenty of text messages). Now window world tells me my doors and handles are not under warranty they there is nothing they can do. They told me to get in touch with the handle company and take care of it myself. I did and being that my receipt doesn't show the handles there is nothing they can do. I then told window world I am filing a complaint with the BBB. The owner then emails me and states her company told me what to do. I have not heard from her in 8 months. I purchased these from window world along with the warranty from window you need to fix this.i have plenty of documentation to back this all up

      Window World offers many products including windows, doors, siding and gutters. Our warranties vary on our products based on manufacturer except our windows. You purchased your door in 2017. We have warrantied and also replaced the handles for you. The hardware manufacturer warranties hardware for 3 years. We have supplied a link and information so that you may contact them directly for any additional claims per company. The hardware on your door is a nationally known brand and can be purchased @ hardware stores and many home improvement box stores. Thank you, Window World
