"purchased a car 2,500 down on a dodge 2012 caliber the end of February 2024 the car has been placed in the shop every month since I’ve had it I initially went to my first appointment that same month of purchase to figure out why my car is shaking and jerking after two weeks of driving it also brakes needed to be done the shop returns my car I ask is it still shaking they said the car needs a wheel alignment that’s why it’s shaking but we can’t perform that service because we don’t specialize in wheel alignment I then goes to tell family auto and say hey they saying the shaking is because of the wheel alignment ok they set me up at a next shop that shop says we can do the wheel alignment ok cool I get my car back but then they say that’s not the shaking problem you need a new transmission but we don’t perform that here ok next day my engine light comes on I get an appointment with a shop that specialize in transmission they say hey we replaced your transmission I say ok what about the shaking they say they didn’t specialize in wheel alignment’s I have to get a wheel alignment that’s why it’s shaking ok so I called family auto to see if was find one person said yes the next said no it wasn’t done so at this pony I’m lost a couple weekd later car stop in the middle of the road engine light on again it’s back in the shop I say yes car is shaking really bad and engine is on car stopped on me they said they will fix it I pick up the car they say it’s fixed I said even the shaking and tugging he said no you need a smoke blower test done it’s shaking cause there is a joke somewhere but we can’t do that for you are machine is down been down 6 months so we can’t test it you will have to go to another shop but what needs to fixed family auto is not going to pay for it through all these fixes I’m paying for Ubers I’m paying to go pay my bills I’m paying to go get food for my family I’m missing work I’m on my last call out before being fired"
