    I hired Kee Roofing in July 2023 for a new roof. I paid him $10,000 to fix my roof upfront. He placed a tarp over the damaged area and the tarp is still there as of 7/19/24. He will not call me. The only person I can get in touch with is his secretary and she keeps telling me it'll be just a few more weeks.

    Ben K**, owner gave us an estimate on damages to our roof due to hail damage (shingles, gutters, siding) and ***** **** approved damages totaling almost $30,000. They wanted the money up front because they said they had to pay to have our solar panels removed and reapplied. We made the payments in December of 2024 and my husband died in January. When i try to reach them they either lie about the amount of rain that has held them up, don’t respond to my emails or ignore my phone calls. ***** **** adjuster verified that over $20,000 has b**n paid, which my husband paid to them.

    On June 28, 2023, Kee Roofing provided an estimate and received $8,255.00 to begin repairs on my roof. Unfortunately, they have not begun the work and are unresponsive to my inquiries about the project. Despite repeated calls, Kee Roofing has not communicated with me regarding the promised services.

    I signed contract in June 2023 for a roof replacement and was told that roof repair would occur in October 23 it did not happen. Company then told me due to holidays and weather it would occur first of the year of 2024. It did not happen. Then I was giving a date in May 2024 and they stated due to weather it was delayed to possibly 2nd week in June. Called today and was told they don't have a date for my roof replacement.

    We signed a contract on June 3rd 2023.
    They supposed to fix hail damage: Roofing, gathers, window screens, siding, painting and AC.
    After 5 months I talked to a lawyer and they got scared and did the roofing. Nothing else since then.

    We helped this customer through the insurance process, after the insurance company only paid for a partial replacement and a few miscellaneous items. After going back and forth and fighting with ******** we increased the claim by over $30k dollars which included full replacement of roof, siding replacement, window screens, gutters and downspouts, fascia repairs, fence work and more.  Once that process was complete we had to work him back into the schedule. His roof is completed and replaced. The siding was special ordered with delayed delivery time and it has put the remaining final touches on hold. I have notified the production management team to reach out to the homeowner to discuss that delay and make it right for him in the best way.

    I need a roof replacement Benjamin K** agreed to replace the roof and restoration of the ceilings and walls inside of my home This started in 9/21 It’s now 5/23 No physical work of replacing the roof or the ceiling All Ben did was talk and sending other workers to assess my roofing situation Ben associates hounded me about money when finally paid they refused to do the work I called to cancel the repair and the return of my money At first it was excuses about my insurance not paying enough money for supplements and they could only repair my roof not the garage and the restoration of the ceiling and walls All I want now is the $18,574.00 refunded I’m going to need this works completed I’m a senior citizen living on a fixed income I can’t afford to give away money In the meantime I’m living in a dangerous and unsafe environment with all my health issues My home is not safe water leakage everywhere roof,walls,ceilings I feel like living and sleeping outside ants and insects are everywhere throughout my house Kee Roofing is slowly killing me No human should live this way!!!I have worked hard all my life and now I’m homeless I got many health issues allergies high blood pressure diabetes sleeping disorders CPAP machine And trying to recover with a broken ankle…Please!!!     Mrs. *******, you've had entire team from the account manager, to the production department, and now the owners trying to help you on this project. We know the condition of your house is not good, and we know you are on a fixed income with limited options. We went the insurance route because having to pay out of pocket would not be an option for you considering the repairs are already an upwards of $25,000.00. We've been fighting with your insurance for months to get all repairs covered in full so you wouldn't have to pay any extra money from your pocket and didn't even get their final response until February. They have not covered your repairs in full, which sadly happens to our customers a lot. It's not an excuse, it's the truth. But also, your deductible was not paid on this claim and we can't move forward until a customer pays their deductible, just like a co-pay at a doctor office. We did receive that from you a month ago and have been trying to get these repairs taken care of. We need to agree on how you would like to proceed so we can finish this project and you don't have to worry anymore. I know this process can be frustrating, but a BBB complaint seems so unfair at this point considering how many people from our team have been trying to call you and coordinate this with you.

     I **** ******* would like to reopen my account the form that was sent to me from
    KEE Roofing I would love to have a written agreement in writing where both parties are on the same page and set  a time frame of when the roof will be prepared the person I was talking to and sent me the form we didn’t agree on these terms of when they’re were going to start on my roof

    Kee roofing came out and did an evaluation of my home and I made a claim in Aug 2020 . They have been paid my my insurance company **** to do the work and have did 0 work. They made excuse after excuse and I have the emails to prove it . First they lost their foreman, then it was COVID and then it was the owner and CFO Olivia Kee had a baby. At the end they have 0 work . I reached out to my Attorney Kim V***** / Grant V***** and they have been sued so many times for scamming customers. They are a rip off company!! I just got off the phone with **** and they are going to red flag them and no longer do business with them because they will not respond to their emails either . They have been paid over 30,000 dollars with no work . The only resolution I see is for my money back I do not trust them and their businesss license should be revoked

    Customer hired KEE Roofing for a full insurance restoration contract, he hired KEE Roofing to work directly with his insurance company to make sure all his requests were approved. We worked for months to get this homeowner roughly $43k to restore damages to his home and this all has to be agreed upon before completing any of the actual repairs which the homeowner was fully aware of. We do not start the work until insurance is settled. Once we finally reached the goal of all work approved and to be completed and scheduled the homeowner wanted to cancel the contract and not do all the work. He need those insurance funds for personal reasons. None of our business, but that’s not our fault and we surely do not work for free. He was sent a contract cancellation form 6/8/22 with full instructions to fill out the form and return to our office for refund. We have never heard back from him until now on here. He has not reached out to our office at all. Sign the contract cancellation form and refund will be issued, as advised 4 months ago.
