  I hired Pyper to help with the interior renovation of my new home. She started well and removed several previous finishes with success however upon beginning installation of the kitchen cabinets and flooring, it became very clear she did not have the problem solving skills or knowledge she claimed as I had to supervise her work consistent due the multitude of mistakes being made, even to the point of her wasting over $1000 in materials and demanding payment for incomplete and work that I had to have redone by professionals. She threatened me multiple times when I confronted her about the poor execution in electrical, flooring, and kitchen framing. Do not trust her with your home unless you want corners cut and critical areas at risk for future issues.

  The work done by this business is so incredible! My home now looks absolutely beautiful!! I’m so thankful I went with this business in order to make my home feel like a home again. I completely enjoy coming home now and hosting parties with family and friends at my home. It’s my way of showing off all the incredible work done to my home!

  INSIDE AND OUT RENOVATIONS. The owner is PYPER or MELISSA GLOVER. I paid her $3,517.50 deposit for her to paint the exterior of my house and garage/shop back in October. I had to get the shop roof fixed and windows replaced before the painting can be started, which has been done for over a month now. I have requested a refund on my deposit and she’s saying she can’t get it done because she gave the deposit to “a painting company on her team”. She’s “trying” to get the deposit back from them. I will be suing her and her company and putting a mechanics lien against her. SHES A SCAM ARTIST!

  Ms. ****** paid me a deposit to replace the windows in her home, repair the roof, pressure wash and paint the exterior of her home back in October. Ms. ****** ended up using both of my vendors for material for windows and roofing which were both delivered. She decided to go with another company for north the windows and the roof. A month ago when she mentioned things were completed I told her a date we could get started to which we were unable to because of short notice. She then proceeded to tell me that she wanted the job done on Monday 13 February 2023 to which I had arranged for my other painting contractors to complete her scope of work. However, because of short notice once again I told Ms. ****** that we could complete her on Thursday 16 February 2023. Ms ****** went in circles about being okay with us completing the job and wanting a refund. She had overstepped professional boundaries and started reaching out to my social media platforms and friends who have nothing to do with my business. Ms ****** has been all over the place. Deformation is not okay with me as a business owner and I take pride in my work.

  Melissa "*****" G*****, Owner of Inside Out Restorations/Inside Out Renovations started very detailed in her initial quote for my primary home renovation. We reached out under the premise that she was marketing as a General Contractor to find out soon she was having projects signed off under another GC. Over time she became unresponsive and lacked clarity on where our funds were being spent. We then began receiving invoice after invoice for more money when the previously delivered $53,250 hadn't yet been accounted for in the labor, materials, or work completed. We requested detailed breakdowns of labor and material and were met with backlash of "that's not how this works", as well as "that will take me days to deliver". We were patient, gave too much grace and trust to her abilities to complete the job as a professional or at all. Throughout the project she mentioned that finances were not her strength, which should have been the final red flag for us. Unfortunately, the final straw was when the laborers in our home (actually doing the work) notified us that they still needed to be paid. There are roughly $16,275 unaccounted for. The minimal value presented was not worth the undocumented/non-returned amount owed to us. The inability to perform at the lowest level of professionalism and completion of tasks, amongst many other documented issues, is why we exited business with Melissa "Pyper" G*****.

  I hired Melissa G****** the owner of Inside Out Restorations to do some small jobs around my house. Mostly painting, molding, and to drop an electrical line above our fireplace. She came to my house, gave me an estimate, I talked it over with my husband, and we decided to proceed. She is an acquaintance of mine; I went on a mission trip with her in 2011. We sent her a 50% deposit and she scheduled us for that coming Saturday between 10am-12pm. She didn’t show on time, so I called her. She said she had a hair appointment she forgot about, and asked if she could come the next day, Sunday. I said yes. I called her on Sunday at noon because she had not showed yet. She told me she was held up at another job, and would be there at 3:30pm that afternoon. Of course when that time came around, she called and asked if we could reschedule it for Monday. I said no, and requested that I be refunded my deposit. She obliged without hesitation.
  It’s been eleven days since that request, and we have not been given our money back. I have been given daily excuses as to why she couldn’t send the money each day, but always with the promise that she would be giving it back. It’s been three days since I’ve heard from her. She has stopped answering my calls and messages, and has deleted her social media accounts. She has stolen $1,100 dollars from us. I would not recommend this woman to anyone.
