      The incident happened on 10/31/24, I called the papa John’s **** ******* * ******* ******* ** store to place an order for pizza, lts my Birthday and I decided I didn’t want to cook, when I called I spoke with a lady in the call center I had a coupon I wanted to use, the representative that I spoke with couldn’t find the coupon code I wanted to use and she told me I would have to speak with the actual store. When she transferred me the store in Boiling Springs, SC the Store Manager answered the phone and he was very rude from the beginning. I told him that I wanted to place an order and that the call center couldn’t locate the coupon code. He immediately stated you have to place all orders through the call center and I stated they transferred me to you due to a coupon code I wanted to use. He started huffing and buffing and his exact words were OH MY GOD! As if I was a bother or he didn’t want to be there. I understand people have bad days and I have been in retail for a very long time and it’s disappointing to see a store Manager to act that way. She even stated he doesn’t want his job and he is frustrated. I just do t think it’s appropriate to be a store manager and to speak to his customers the way he did me. There should always be professionalism at all times you are supposed to set an example for your employees. Due to the lack of customer service and the rudeness I will never order anything from this location again.
