I own a 2018 Nissan Rogue that we bought brand new in Anderson SC Grainger Nissan (Excellent Dealership) we ask could we have serviced in Greenville at Crown Nissan to maintain warranty, They said yes! started taking Rogue to Crown Nissan for oil changes and then of course they sell us on brake job, this has been 2yrs ago and after over charging for brake service the brakes have been making noise ever since, So bad when you pull into a public place people notice! We have taken the car back to crown four times and they said they cant fix it that all cars do this! REALLY! They also said they have done everything they can to correct their mistake and cannot fix! so pretty much what the end story is if they work on your vehicle and brake something they are not going to be responsible for it. What really gets me they expect people to believe them when they tell you your car makes this noise because it supposed to do that.. Pathetic, unprofessional unqualified people ripping the consumer off! Rating should be 0

They deserve a zero for being deceitful. My transmission went out in my car. Nissan quoted me $5300.00 to fix it by putting in a new transmission. When I got my car back after they fixed it, there was a whinging noise upon acceleration and when the car slows down. My car was not making any sound before I took it to them. And I had just gotten the car back when I heard the sound. So I took it back and they said that the sound was coming from my alternator, the belts and/or the pulley. They said that they did a diagnostic test on it.. The cost for the alternator will be around $1300,00. I do not have any problem with my car starting up or anything. As a matter of fact, I took it to another shop and they said that it wasn't the alternator but it's something with the transmission, which now its only been a week since the fixed it. To make this situation even more crazy, my brand new transmission did not have enough fluid in it. At least it didn't register on the district. So Crown Nissan of Greenville SC is very deceitful when it comes to what they do to your car. I spent over 5000.00 with them one one car, and a year ago I spent 30,000.00 with them on buying a new car. And they treat a loyal customer this way is "bad business. "

I brought my 2010 Nissan Frontier in for service on Mon,Dec 4th,I have brought my vehicle in for service at this dealership since I bought it new in 2010.
My air bag warning light was displaying, I had looked into my manual to see what the light meant. It showed my front driver side air bag was the problem.
I informed my service tech what I had discovered, I informed my service tech, that I would wait while my service was being done.
I received a text from my tech that the problem was infact my driver side air bag and the repair cost would be $2433.00,I declined service.my vehicle was brought to me.I then called a friend of mine as I was leaving the dealership
My friend is a licensed and certified ****** dealer. I told him the problem with my air bag warning light on front driver side,he immediately asked over the telephone have I been moving the front seat alot,I told him no,he then asked me have I placed anything under the seat,I informed him that I had.he told me over the phone that I probably knocked something loose.he said I could bring it by his shop, which I did,he checked the light 1st with his scanner, it showed that it was the driver side front air bag.He then looked under my front driver seat and found it was disconnected, He reconnected wiring and reset warning light. This took less than 10 minutes.NO CHARGE
MY COMPLAINT IS I WAS TOLD I NEEDED A PART THAT WAS NOT IN STOCK,THIS WAS NOT THE PROBLEM, IF INFACT THEY HAD INSTALLED THE PART I WAS TOLD I NEEDED, THIS WOULD NOT HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM.2433$ CHARGE.
IF THE PROBLEM WAS TOLD TO ME OVER THE PHONE CROWN NISSAN SHOULD HAVE FOUND THIS SIMPLE FIX.I CALLED MY SERVICE TECH,AND TOLD HIM ABOUT GETTING MY PROBLEM SOLVED AND THAT I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN CROWN NISSAN, FROM OVER 2400$ TO A SIMPLE RECONNECTING A WIRE IS HUGE,I THE COMSUMMER CANNOT AFORD TO GIVE MONEY AWAY LIKE THAT.MY SERVICE TECH WAS VERY POLITE AND APOLOGIZED FOR WHAT HAD TRANSPIRED, I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO PLACE A REVIEW ABOUT THIS CONCERN.

I'm disappointed with the service and the lies I've been told. The manager wasn't as helpful in aiding the situation. My car door had a chime sound that caused my battery to drain. They told me they fixed it, but subsequently it wasn't fixed. They only disconnected my chime and charged me 240 dollars for it. Miguel told me it was ready when I saw the door it was worse than it was before. He told me it couldn't be fixed because they didn't have the part for it because it was discontinued. When I insisted he went to the back and spoke to someone and americas back when it was close to 5pm and told me that they found a place that has the part and that they would order it and it'll be there n fixed by Monday. This was on Friday. On Saturday morning around 8 am. I was texted by Crown Nissan saying the car was ready. When I responded and asked if the door was fixed they didn't answer. I took my chances to come to the shop. Miguel wasn't there and neither was Ryan the manager. I met with Bryce who told me he didn't have much info on the car but was told that it was ready. My door was worse than the way I bought it in. I'm highly upset and disappointed in how the service was and how I was treated. I've been coming here for service for a while and I've never encountered something like this before.
