Business Profilefor101 Mobility

I ordered a wheelchair lift from 101 Mobility but when it was installed and I was asked to review the installation I was shock to discover the wrong lift was installed. I made my disapproval very clear to the Sales Rep. and the two installers who were all standing around my vehicle. The lift I asked for was a Bruno lift that would swing over the side of the truck and lowered near the driver side door. But instead the lift that was installed involved me (65yrs old - frail with multitude of medical conditions) to lift my Dodge Ram tailgate (60+ lbs.) every time I needed to load and unload my wheelchair. 101 Mobility have given me nothing but a hard time, especially the owner. I've paid $7573.91 towards the lift I wanted (Bruno PUl-1100 - Out Rider priced @ $6334.16) I was credited $1375.16 by 101 Mobility but I still have the incorrect lift installed and unable to use because of the tailgate's weight. The owner will not install the correct lift until I sign a document stating 101 Mobility is not liable for the damage left behind once the incorrect lift is removed. After days of thinking it over and knowing that without the lift I wouldn't have my independence, so I decided to sign the document and send it to Kea Harris (Sales Rep.). I have not heard back for the owner because she has blocked all my emails.
