Trying to refinance a payday loan is a joke. I've tried several times, only for them to keep emailing me that my loan is in default. I won't be using them again. I'm tired of this, there are other payday loan places that actually HONOR it when you do a refinance and don't hound you constantly about your payment being in default.

Stay away they tried to scam me put false disputes on my account and tried to tell me I had to pay them back the money they sent for the “insurance” through **** ***. I told them no I gave you my account and routing info you should be able to pull it direct. And when I called them out for the fraud they hung up immediately

Easier to get their help than most. Nice helpful ladies. Money overnight. Like getting a possible app loan, but more money and longer payback. They helped me when I was in a bind, and I appreciate them. Plan to use them, long term. I'm actually excited to make my first pymt!

I went way out of my way to pick up a ******* ***** money order that was sent from an international country. They could not find the code even though ******* ***** said everything was fine before I went there. Then they told me that my state was not on the form and it needed to be on the form. I went all the way back home and called ******* ***** customer service who stated the state did not need to be on the form and everything should be fine. I called Advance America and explained that to them. They would just tell me they looked up the number and could not find anything. They advised I try *********. I went to ********* and they could not do money orders. I tried **** ****. Same thing. I called Advance America back and she looked up the number and then said she found the information and that I could pick up my money order. I drove all the way back ugh. They were super apologetic though and super nice about it. The lady stated they never see big money orders. This is surprising considering it's a loan place and they deal with a lot of money. I kinda felt like they thought I was a scammer or something. It made me uncomfortable but I explained why it is a big money order...but it wasn't even THAT big. At the end, I received my money order...after the banks were closed...but as I mentioned, they were nice about it. We all make mistakes. I was just scared that I wasn't going to be able to find a place to process my money order and I was driving around like crazy lol. This all could have been prevented if that mistake wasn't made from the start.

I took was frauded by this company. After being told that I was approved for a 10.000 dollar loan.but seeing that my credit score was low they would deposit 1700 dollars in my account.then I was instructed to go to Walmart and get a money card for the 1700 send it to them so it will show leader that my credit has improved. I should have known better than to give all my information to them including bank accounts password and pin to my checking accounts. Come to find out that they reversed some of my payments I made earlier in the month and even from 3 months ago. I feel so stupid for trusting them. I had everything changed except my account number and I put the bank on notice so no one can access my account but me.

Was contacted through messageabout being accepted for a $5000 loan. Should have known better when asked for all my bank details. Then said because my credit score was low they would put $1000 in my account for insurance purposes and would have to be sent back. Then instead because I had money in my account I should go to ******* get gift card send to them and I would have my loan in 30 minutes. They called me back an told me that the money was flagged by the IRS. Said I owed money to the IRS. Told them I called the IRS and didn't owe any money and if I did I would have gotten a letter from them. They do not give that information to a loan company. So I told them to forget the loan I want my $500 back. And now I can't use my online banking so I assume it went to the fraud department of my bank and now when I try to call the phone number to this company it goes to ****** voice. Am also reporting them to FBI fraud department to try to get my money back. Have pictures of the supposed loan offer, the gift card to the phone number and their lies. Be careful if you are a senior citizen they will find you. They are not part of the BBB.
