    On October 13th, I reserved a room for my boyfriend is current working in Greenville, SC there working due to the Hurricane. First off the room that I selected at the hotel advertised on there website was nothing like the room they provided him. Upon arrival trash was all over the property, including outside the rooms..The front desk was advised of this issue at time of check in a Jamal M******* advised the matter would be resolved. On October 14th my boyfriend left for work around 6am, this trash was still around his door. He provided me with a picture of the trash and how dirty the hotel actually was. The bed box spring is dirty, there's no bed covers, the phone don't work, the bathroom and tub is disgusting and roaches in the room, Again the room is differently unethical and in so many health violations. They are charging almost $90's a night to stay in pre nastiness. This room is nothing like they are posting online. They are misleading this consumers in and when they get there they are in total shock. I need my money refunded. He is from Texas working out there. After long hours no one should have to come to a hotel, with trash, roaches, staff doesn't seem to want to help or even more a dirty hotel room. Health and Human Service definitely need to conduct an investigation, cause there's no way this hotel passed health/compliance. The phone in the room didn't even work. This is horrible. Attached are pictures on the website to draw consumers in, thinking they will have a pleasant stay, the rooms or facility looks nothing like that in person. Attached are also photos are my boyfriend current rooms. Again I would have never paid for this they are deceiving consumers.

    I purchased the stay in my name with my card, but reserved it for my boyfriend! Attached is my current receipts of the reservation I made through Priceline for the stay.

    On February 22nd I booked a room at the days inn on roper mountain. At check in everything was fine, they took my payment as normal. Then they switched shifts and I was kicked off the property by an employee due to an incident that happened a week prior that I was only an innocent bystander to. So I left and didn’t stay at the property like I was told but returned the next day to speak to the manager about the incident. The manager refused to speak to me about the incident and told his staff that I needed to leave which was very unprofessional on his part. I was denied a refund of $60.06 even though I did not stay at the property. As I was leaving the manager comes out of office screaming false accusations, calling me names, using profanity in front of employees and customers which was odd because he wouldn’t speak to me in a professional manner like I tried to do to begin with. This definitely falls under slander territory the accusations that were made about me because none of what he said was true and it can be proven. I wasn’t allowed to stay at the property so I deserve a refund. I contacted Wyndham and filed a complaint but nothing was done about this. I’m now placed on a do not rent list for something that had nothing to do with me. When I called Wyndham it was stated that the manager claimed I smoked in the room which was another false accusation. Everything this man has said about me was untrue and dishonest and he should be fired from running this business. His unprofessional manner was ridiculous and uncalled for. It was very embarrassing to me. I am thinking about pursuing an attorney for slander for the false accusations made about me that he has 0 proof of.
