Refund and Exchange Policy

For the boutique, our return policy is 7 days. The product returned must be in perfect condition with the tags still on. After 7 days, we will exchange as long as the product is in perfect condition with the tags still on. If there is nothing available at the time that the customer wants for exchange, we issue a gift card for future use. Money back is only given the first 7 days and then only given back in the means it was first paid for.

With regard to our product manufacturing: Due to the custom nature of our items, orders usually ship within 7-10 working days after the order is placed.  Shipping charges are calculated by our system according to standard USPS and UPS rates and will come up during order processing in the shopping cart.

Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on either your preference or the best method possible for the item in question.  If you require faster service, that option is available as well.

In the event merchandise needs to be exchanged or returned, please request a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number within 7 days of receipt of merchandise by emailing [email protected].  Your email should include your invoice/order number together with a list of the item(s) being returned and the reason for the return.  We will contact you if we have any questions or will email you back with an RMA number.  No returns will be accepted without the RMA number shown on the outside and inside of the package.  We also reserve the right to refuse to give an RMA number for any items that are personalized.

We will issue a full credit on merchandise returned in its original condition if mailed back within 5 days of the date you receive the RMA number.  However, shipping charges are not refundable.

Samantha Grace DesignsTM reserves the right to deem merchandise as unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged, or mishandled.  Sales are final on merchandise for which no RMA is requested within 7 days of its delivery or if it is not shipped back within 5 days of the date an RMA number is emailed to you.

For your protection, you should send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked such as UPS or USPS.
