    I’m on my journey to purchase a new build home something that is my dream and I had a few things holding me back. They were in collections. I was able over a course of a week and a half to settle for half if not more than what I originally would’ve paid in order to clear this debt from my report. I’m very happy and satisfied with their services and glad that I was able to pay within my means.

    Mr. Hinkle, a strong business comes from strong staff. Your decision to hire Mr. Andrew E****** was great one!
    Not only did he help me settle my account, he went above and beyond the service that is required. Educated, Experienced, and Friendly are only some of ways I would explain how our call went.
    It feels good to have confidence in correcting my past mistakes. Mr. E****** is thorough and knowledgeable on exactly what I needed.
    Keep this guy around and make sure he is happy is all I will say!

    Keep getting text messages on my Verizon hotspot (!) to someone named Danielle (not me) offering to help me resolve some alleged debt with Jefferson Capital Systems (never had an account with them or done business with them.) Just another scam.

    keep getting text from this Collection Company. 1st I run my credit report on a routine basis, If I owe anything I WOULD KNOW- BEFORE Some Unheard of "Collection Agency". They said all they needed was the "Last 4 of my Social security !). NEVER GIVE A COMPLETE "Strange Company that you do not know ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION- DEFINITELY NOT YOUR SOCIAL #, EVEN THE LAST 4. That is the HARDEST PART FOR THEM TO GET ! Any "Legitimate Company", would Not be trying to "Data Collection" Peoples Personal information- THEY WOULD ALREADY HAVE IT !! #SCAM !

    Confirmed calling on a debt from 2016 for credit one (which was supposed to have been removed from my credit)

    They had no issue telling me what social security number and dob was over the the phone

    My wife and I were so impressed and satisfied with the help of Jasmine H*** and Sara K******.. I called in very upset about a debt that I thought was over and I honestly thought this was a scam until I first talked with Jasmine she made my wife and I feel at ease and I was very upset and she still kept her nice tone and was able to help us she is a super sweet young lady. We then talked to her supervisor Sara K****** and she was so helpful and made our day and helped us. Thank you Jasmine and Sara.

    I was very hesitant about c***ing in due to how I heard about scams but I was much surprised how it *** ended. I c***ed ********* ******* and got a very rude agent. I was about to give up until I c***ed Shepherd Outsourcing and spoke with Jasmine H*** she was the nicest woman I’ve ever spoken with and she helped me in so many ways just her tone alone made me wanna pay her. If I have any more debt I just would like to pay her only. Thank you Jasmine you are the best I’ve ever had . She’s phenomenal
