      I have been a valued customer for over a year. The only reason I started going here was b/c my brand new 2023 C******** ********* ****** was to big to hand wash myself. So on my first day the manager meet me at the pay kiosk and explained everything to me. I stressed to him how I did not want my truck to get scratch. He assured me with their state of the art brushes everything would by fine. Was he wrong. Now my truck has micro scratches all over. When I went back to show him and sent email. He said it came from the factory like that and I got it washed to much. So if you have a new vehicle don't use wave express unless you want it scratched to hell.

      I had a membership with this business for my two vehicles they were never clean unless I was driving through it every day and then I still have to clean my wheels myself after the car wash. I decided to cancel my membership and then I went back a couple of times last time they spray something on my hood and they match my paint, talk to somebody about it. They write my phone down never contacted me past almost 3 weeks and I went back. I talked to somebody else they got back with me within a couple of days but they told me there’s nothing they can do about it because they sprayed the same chemical on thousands of cars , I understand that but mine was damage by their procedure. They say that they do nothing about it because my car is older than five years. My car is five years, but my job was not damaged before they sprayed chemicals. They reacted like acid paint terrible experience, I would not go back there The last person that called me just to tell me that they’re not liable for the damage on my car because they have a disclaimer after they took my money for two years. They didn’t even offer to make things right definitely will not go back there and I advise everybody not to take your car because they will damage it and don’t terrible business experience

      We are very disappointed in your recent review experience. Unfortunately, the details that you have described do not match the details that actually occurred.
      We agree that you did notify a Site Manager (on a Friday) in the vacuum area that you believed your vehicle’s paint in a specific area was faded after a wash. The Site Manager advised that he was going to go to the office and would immediately return to take down your information. However, you immediately left the site before the Site Manager was able to obtain your information. You later called the office and stated that you couldn’t wait and had to leave the site.
      We did investigate your claim and called the number back on Monday (the next business day after your initial claim), the same phone number which you originally called our office on. Unfortunately, there was no answer. We did not hear from you again until over a month later.
      We do have snapshots of your vehicle prior to entering the car wash that shows this damage was already on the vehicle. Nothing sprayed on the vehicle caused this; but the paint was already faded in this specific area of your vehicle prior to entering the wash. Presoak will not fade your paint. In addition, presoak was applied all over the vehicle but you only had fading in one specific area.
