    I received my order and it contained a necklace and not the seat post spacers I had ordered.  Given how long it took to ship I would like a refund. Attached is a picture of the wrong item that was sent. I have received no responses from the company.

    I ordered bicycle parts and I learned the company went out of business and I never received the parts I ordered.

    Purchase was made on 7/10/2022 at 7:39PM EST. for $18.45. I haven't received what I had ordered and never heard back from Glory Cycles ever since. I've emailed them 4 separate times asking about when my order would ship and when I should be receiving my order. No response. I look again to email them another complaint, only to find out they've gone out of business and haven't refunded me my order I had placed and haven't gotten anything back from, as well as others who are in the same situation as myself.

    Hi, I ordered a bicycle saddle online from Glory Cycles on the 26th of July 2022. I paid USD 341.93 (inclusive of USD 41.93 shipping fee to Australia). My order confirmation number was *****. The order was never shipped and I never received my saddle. My credit card was charged over AUD 600. I emailed the company many times since then to enquire about the status of my order initially, and then to ask for a refund. I never received a reply. Thanks, and kind regards ******* *****

    I purchased a **** ***** titanium eewing crankset in May 28, 2022 for a purchase amount of $1,110.75. At the time of purchase, the item was shown as in stock. I waited and did not get an update on shipment or order status. I emailed Glory Cycles 7/11/2022 and received a response from Glory Cycles 7/29/2022 saying the item was not available until 12/2022 and whether to cancel or keep the order active. Since it was a part that I was not in a rush to have, I informed Glory Cycles to keep the order active with an email response 8/9/2022. End of November and as December came closer, I decided to call Glory Cycles. I went to the website to obtain the telephone number and found out that Glory Cycles permanently closed. I emailed Glory Cycles 11/29/2022 and called leaving voicemail messages but with no response from Glory Cycles. I received no email or telephone messages from Glory Cycles in advance informing that they were closing or what their store status was. To date, i have not received any response from Glory Cycles, my order, and a refund.

    I purchased bicycle brake pads online from this company in April 2022. They indicated the product would arrive "late 2022." It never did. I made multiple email and phone inquires since April with no response.

    I ordered bike parts on January 31, 2022 and received a partial order in late June, 2022. I attempted many times to contact the business after that but was unable to get a return call or email. I was charged the full amount in January, 2022 and did not receive a refund for the cost of the parts that were not shipped. I have uploaded the Glory Cycles invoice and received the first 5 of 8 parts that are on the invoice. The difference in cost is $601, and I believe to be owed that as a refund if the parts can not be furnished.

    I submitted order #***** for a groupset on 7/18/2022 for $2542.90. My credit card was billed. I received an update on 8/16/2022 stating fulfillment would be delayed due to vendor supply. I patiently waited until 10/27/2022 when I requested cancellation/refund via email - no response again on 10/31 and 11/7 - no response. I submitted case on https://glorycycles.com/ 11/18 - no response I called (866)******** on 12/2, left messages - no response 12/16 - I noted all merchandise removed from online store

    I order two items from Glory Cycles online store on 4/19/22 A bicycle fork, and some shifters for a bicycle. Total was $624.75 and paid with ******Credit. 4/25/22 I emailed to clarify items were in stock/were not backordered. 4/26/22 I was told items were 'special order' and not in stock (website did not make this clear) 7/18/22 Emailed for updates 7/19/22 Was told one item would arrive in a 'week or two' other is not in stock 8/5/22 I cancelled the order. 8/6/22 Confirmation from Glory Cycles on cancelled order ***** and was told refund would be processed in 5-10 business days 8/25/22 Emailed because no refund had been issued to my account I have not heard anything back from this business and i'm seeing on Google that they may have gone out of business or closed. I have left voicemails, also and tried to call several times with no returned calls or answers.
