    This is the worst mechanic shop to take your vehicles to. The owner is very unprofessional and lacks communication skills. He had my vehicle for well over a month and never gave any updates. I had to continuosly call him to get answers and when he finally told me what was wrong with my car i didn’t hear anything else for a week. He kept giving me different days and times my car would be fixed and ready to be picked up but once the time came he wouldn’t answer any texts or calls for hours and then would come up with a different excuse each time telling me why it wasn’t ready yet. So i ended up having to have my car towed to a different mechanic so i could get it fixed after he had my car for 5 weeks already and had done nothing with it. Even the tow truck driver said he was very rude and unprofessional. I wil never be going back to Chad at performance automotive again.
