    The company Goose Creek Tax Service Inc employing Carolyn C********* was paid to prepare and file family tax return’s for years 2021 and 2022. The prepare in fact did not electronically file any of the 4 tax returns but kept the $305 payment total. IRS confirmation the years 2021 and 2022 not received.
    The company secretary was informed and offered a refund. Upon attempting to collect the refund. Carolyn C********* denied refund.
    Several phone calls made in attempt to secure refunds Company owner Harold D******** has not responded.

    This client had her tax return done by our perparer. As the work was done the company deserves to be paid for the work done. The client used our iformation to file the return and got her refunds. As the company, they have to be paid for the work of proarig the returns.

    The “work” and electronic tax filing were performed by the NEW account and cost me a additional $500.00 ! See attached submission from new hired accountant.

    Goose Creek Tax service failed to submit our taxes for the entire ******* family- a refund request for $305 dollars was denied. 
    Actually $805 should be returned to me to cover the expense of the cost of the second accountant along with the another paid to Goose Creek Tax service

    I am seeking reimbursement in the amount of $305 ; the exact amount paid to Goose Creek Tax service.

    I apologize for the confusion I caused by mentioning the forced action of hiring another accountant to do the job that Goose Creek Tax Services failed to do. I simply wanted his add his correspondence with me entered/documented in this case regarding his findings that there were in fact no federal or state taxes filed.
