"My husband and I just bought a Ram 1500 before signing it we told the finance person that we didn’t want the tire guarantee and he said we couldn't remove it because that was a requirement of the bank to approve the ,we believed him we asked the salesman and he said the same thing .days later I went to the bank and they told me no that it was a lie I went back to the Diller and I finally got them to remove it, after that I was thinking if they lied about that what else could they have lied about and today I did the Carfax of the car and it turns out that the car is a total loss which was never mentioned by the salesman or anyone and they didn't sell it as if there were no problems We even asked the person with the papers and he said that the car was clean and that we shouldn't worry, that they can't sell cars that aren't clean." ...
