I purchased some furniture from this store in June of 2022. About a month ago my wife had swollen marks on her back that itched and turned red. she first thought it was a allergic reaction to detergents or something. we switched detergents, but she kept getting these marks on her. she finally went to the doctor and received some cream to put on them and was set to make a appointment with a dermatologist. We were still trying to figure out what it was, so she researched what it could be with marks like hers. she found it might be bed bugs. we searched the house and found that the couch we bought from Kimbrell's was infested with bed bugs. i went to the store and talked to the manager. I was told she could not do anything. i told her she could pick the furniture up, she said she could not pick it up. i said i was not going to pay for it and was told it would go on my credit. this is not a fair situation. why should we pay for something we can't use? i just want it picked up and not put on my credit.
