I am rejecting this response because: In the original complaint to you I asked that you not send anything else. After I received notice that you were sending something I contacted you again to stop the shipment. Unfortunately, ***** will also not let me prevent this from arriving unless you stop it. Whether or not you provide a refund please stop this shipment. As I said, the condition of the plants required disposal and I do not want to go through this again.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: At this point I would be happy with you just stopping the shipment. I will accept that and just take this as a $178 ****** to read more reviews in the future before a purchase, regardless of a BBB rating. Your reviews about plants not surviving shipment have some consistent themes. I am not sure how you expect plants thrown into a cardboard box to survive 7 days in transit.Business Response

I ordered two trees for a total of $263.42. They both died. I contacted Fast Growing Trees which is really Bigger Blooms. I contacted them on the day that the warranty ended, as it was a late spring, and I hoped the trees which just dormant. *** would not answer, and when chased down, then claimed that I was beyond the warranty period. Then demanded proof of delivery after listing a false delivery date on their paperwork, indicating that trees got delivered from ************** to ******** in 2 days (as per Chat they allegedly shipped on May 1st, with delivery on May 3rd).Not even possible, as this is a minimum of 5 days shipping time.Regardless, their link to the tracking number is also blank with no tracking number provided, as one might expect. In short, this company will not honor the warranty and is thus engaging in online interstate fraud.Business Response

Our One year Warranty is valid for One Year from the original order being shipped and only issues a one time replacement. the chocolate Mimosa grows best in zones 7 to 9 and it looks like this was planted in zone 6 as well. Planting trees outside of the recommended growing zone is not covered under our Warranty. We have attached our terms of service. My PayPal receipt is to that company. They changed the name of whom it goes too. They deleted all of my information so they can keep my money. I want my money back at this point forget an exchange. I want a refund. They are scamming me. , anything. The only thing it showed was my email address and my username which was my my GMAIL ACCT I contacted ********************** and of course they have no history of me in there system whatsoever including my payment. I will be satisfied as long as1) I receive the tree they said is coming, and
2) That it is alive and leaves out in the spring.
I do however think they should notify the other recipients of the "mislabeled" plants and give them an unexpected store credit for the difference in the cost between a quart plant and a gallon plant, as an act of Goodwill.
rsimmon tree as a replacement and they wouldn't do that because the issue was with the condition of the plant, which is untrue. The issue is the fact that they sent a 4-inch plant instead of a gallon plant and almost got away with it. I am working to get some plant from them, but as of right now I don't know if that will happen.I am writing this because I know they sent those little 4-inch plants out to other people before Christmas and they deserve to know they were sent the wrong plants, and they should correct that. Additionally, the true measure of customer service becomes apparent when an issue needs to be resolvedBrighterBlooms was exemplary and clearly explained my options.
When the brown leafed, wilted apricot tree arrived at my moms for her birthday, I was unhappy. Sending your mother a dead tree on her 83rd birthday does not send a very positive message.
After I sent images of the condition of the tree, brighter blooms was quick to respond to me.
If the tree was sent to me, I would only have asked for a replacement. However, given that it was a gift, they also provided a 50% refund as well as replacement.
All of this was handled quickly and quite professionally.
I would buy from them again.

We are so sorry that your rose tree arrived with pests. We do treat the plants in our nursery prior to shipping so it should not have arrived with an active pest issue. I did review your ticket and am going to go ahead and issue a full refund for your order.
