    I have been trying to get Cramer Pest Control to pay me back the money they owed me. I paid them $160.00 for the first treatment the company provided on May 14, 2024 through my bank because they stated they didnt receive the money when I had already provided them with my credit card numbers. After they received the money through my bank through bill payment, I texted them to not charged my credit card since they had already received the money. On May 15, 2024, they charged my credit card $195.00 ($160.00 plus another $35.00). I contacted them and didnt pay me back but ignore me. I later contacted them again on June 13, 2025 and to this day they have not refunded me my money yet. Every time I called or texted them, they make excuses about not having any record of my payments when I had texted them and told them when the payments were made. At this point, they owed me $160 plus $288 (interest). I have talked to ******* ******** etc.. and so many staff there and still no results!

    To whom it may Concern,

     

    I spoke with the customer and resolved the payment and communication issues.  She will be refunded the amount of $160 that she over paid, and also was given a free year of pest control for the communication and amount of time it took to get this resolved.

    I did get a call from **** ******* from **** Control Center. His company is willing to pay me back the $160.00 that I was charged twice soon and offering to provide me with some free pest control services. This resolution is satisfactory to me.
