  We did not choose Roundpoint. They purchased our mortgage from a different mortgage company. I would advise to AVOID these people! Our most recent complaint is that we have a large amount of hail damage. ********** has issued us a check to get everything repaired, but Roundpoint will not endorse it to us. They want us to endorse it to them, and they will **** it back to us if they see fit, after their inspections, etc etc. ************* agent has said that this does not seem legit, and that they know of other instances where this became a major issue. Instances where the mortgage company would not release the funds. He recommends NOT endorsing it to them or giving them complete control. Our mortgage is not excessive and it is always current. My credit score is over 800. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

  This was the worst experience ever! The company sends letters requesting wind insurance, and even after you provide it to them, they still take your money and purchase insurance on your behalf. When you call to resolve the issue, expect to spend 45 minutes on the phone. They promise that a supervisor will call you back by the end of the day, but that never happens. The following day, you spend another hour on the phone, only to be met with conflicting explanations from each representative. A supervisor named ****** even stated that they changed the policy without notifying customers, claiming it is their right to do so.If you can, stay away from this company!

  This was the mortgage company that served our home loan up until March of 2025, when we sold the home. We were due an excess escrow check which they didn't bother asking for our new address and sent it to the old address. After several calls, the check was supposed to be reissued and sent to the new address. It never arrived. More calls, then we were told it had never been reissued and they'd have to start over again. Now we're told it was only a few days ago that it was mailed. It's been nearly three months since the loan was paid off, and we're still waiting for the escrow excess that we're owed. When you call, you're put on hold for 30 minutes or more, then get clueless **** in a foreign country who can't speak English and are of no help other than to tell you "the check's in the mail." They won't overnight anything or do an ******** transfer. The next call is to an attorney.

  This business is a disgrace. They have held my insurance check hostage for over seven months. I have a lien on my property from the roofer and the painter. I do not know how to take action against this corporation as a lender that I used to work with sold off loans to this company and this they are taking money from other people. Round point Mortgage has held my $37,000 check since November 2024 they held the $26,000 check for three months before that and I have had such a nightmare that Im going to sell my home. These people should be prosecuted for the way that they treat others. Their customer service department is filled with a bunch of smart **** people I have a bunch of recordings of ******* shes a supervisor she talked over me screamed real rude! They should be put out of business.

  Not responsive and taking too high of a payment. Not only has RoundPoint increased our mortgage payment with no explanation, now they will not reduce it when they should. Our municipality gives a break on property taxes to folks over a certain age, but two months of trying has resulted in no response from RoundPoint after I emailed the information to the address that RoundPoint gave me. They are taking too much money since the property tax payment should be much lower. It's been just over two months which is much too long to be ignored. I would never choose to work with this company. We can only hope our mortgage is sold again to a more honest company.

  This company has no consistent process to handle claim checks. Two separate times, they scheduled an inspection with my husband. Both times appointments were a no call no show. Only after our call after the 2nd no show, did they inform us a claims form was required prior to the appointment. We completed the form, they confirmed received, and scheduled a new inspection. Round three - no call, no show. This time, they said "someone" was supposed to call us to schedule a time. They were unaware that hadn't happened. How can a company have so much disconnect with it's customers when handling large sums of money? Makes me question what else is not being ran correctly. Also, when we do call, we have to go through great hoops to speak to a manager. And, probably the most concerning, right after the hurricane, when we are worried of our future and safety, a *** had the nerve to say if we didnt like how they ran things, we should have paid cash for our house. We have ever missed a payment and actually pay AHEAD of time every month. The nerve to be so rude to a family in need is astounding.

  Ive emailed them 10+ times over the last two weeks to get help and status on an insurance check they also needed to sign. I sent the check certified mail and it was delivered 5 days ago (3 biz days), but they said they only got it yesterday. I had to call threee times and hours of waiting and no call back. All I want is them to respond to my email with any verification.

  Roundpoint has terrible customer service. I asked for an escrow analysis to be done a couple months after depositing the remaining money from my homeowners insurance after switching to a new plan. They told me I needed to wait until July since I did not ask for it to be done when I first deposited the money. This is bad business.

  ZERO Stars! The send late statements, they lose our payments, they blame the post office. They are HORRIBLE!!!!! They do all kinds of unscrupulous things like this and more, to force people to go to Electronic payment ********** not EVER use Roundpoint for anything!!!!!
