  The man tried to defraud us. He never gave us a contract or a written estimate ever. We knew he charged $65 and hour for handyman services. We could track his hours by our security cameras. When we was billed he doubled his hours worked. Charged for 11.42 hrs when he actually worked 5.22 hrs for us. When my husband requested to speak with him he became very upset. Asked what questions he had and stated he did NOT want to explain anything to my husband. He told me that the other hours was he gets paid from the time he left his drive till the time he returns home. He then made threats to my safety via text messages. Causing me to aquire a restraining order from the court against him. After that he went after my business. Making reviews that say I refused to pay him. Which is simply not true. We only asked for honest billing. I searched with NC and he is not registered a a licensed contractor. But not he has me a lady afraid from his threats. He continues to try to tarnish ourreputation both personally and in business. At one point he text me saying that children services was going to arrest and charge me. My children are over 26 yrs old. So I'm confused by his harassment and continued threats . We would like him to leave us alone and bill us honestly so we can pay our bill. Another issue was the damage he left to our freshly painted walls. He stated to me it was a favor him filling some holes with wood putty on plaster walls. Those holes were there for a specific piece of hardware we legally must have there . It is by bother federal and state law we have a fire extinguisher there. He left us with having to need our new walls repainted and a new hardware for the fire extinguisher. We are not asking at this time for that damage to paid for. However if we have to go to court we will ask for that damage to be paid for by them

  This is company is not trust worthy. He tried to claim he worked mo4e than 11 hrs for us. When video proves he only worked 6.42 hours. He did something that ruined our freshly painted walls that were only a week old. Not one of us asked him to do anything to the walls. He then threatened me with I quote... " Im a soldier and I have woadies that you will never see coming"... notbsure what that means but it sounded like a threat. He also told me I would be looking over my shoulder if I didn't pay the 11 hrs. I would be very careful and back ground check anyone you hire. This guy has been a nightmare. My wife now carries a gun to work from fear of this man's threats
