    This company has unfairly charged me for services they have not rendered. I was charged for a late fee for a monthly payment in April of 2021 that I submitted information from my bank showing when the payment cleared my bank. The company is also stating that they pressure washed the home before I moved in but will not show proof of this. I have submitted photos to the collection agency of how the home looked before I moved in and I have also supply proof of the payment in question. I have been in contact with the collection agency via mail but have not heard anything from them since supplying the evidence and now they have submitted this to the credit bureau. I am disputing the charges and feel like there are some biases against me as a black single mother. They have kept my deposit unfairly. I am willing to forego the deposit but I will not supply any more money towards a home that I was told by the previous office manage should not have been rented to me before they fixed it in the first place. I have not seen any of the requested invoices from this company showing an invoice for the additional charges. I could use your help in settling this matter. Thank you in advance.
