Kitchen faucet dripping and bottom leaking. Cold water side of faucet is broken. The faucet needs to be replaced. I was told by Brockington Property Management the landlord will replace the faucet. It's been 8 days now. No one has come to replace the faucet. I told Brockington Property manager I can't cook because the cold water doesn't work. Every time I have a problem with this house they take their time to get it done. I would like the faucet replaced now or no later than tomorrow. Thank You Sincerely Eureka *****

When Eureka came to do her lease she gave the following work orders: hole in the vinyl after the house was pressure washed, She wanted the top of the house painted, there was not a working light at the side door, and the wood on the bottom of the house was beginning to rot. She also stated she needed smoke detectors. There was nothing mentioned about a leaking faucet. On February 26th she called in to report the leaking faucet. ****** contacted the owner (who normally does his own maintenance repairs for all of his properties) to see if his guys could go out the same day. Normally anything other than a fire, flood, no water, no heat or air depending on a certain degrees outside is considered an emergency. All other repairs are up to 48 hours. After speaking to the owner he said he would contact his workers and try to get someone out the same day after she reported this issue at 4:23 pm. No one went that same day so the following day we send Mr. ***** out around 2pm and he access the problem and decided it needed a new valve. Mr. ***** did not repair the issue as this had to be approved by the owner, within about an hour or so the owner sent his guy who decide that the entire faucet needed to be replaced. This type of faucet was not in his possession, once the faucet was ordered and arrived he would put it back on his schedule to go back and replace it. ****** then explained to Ms. ***** that once his guy called back with a schedule we would let her know so that someone will be at the home. Mr. ***** did do a follow up and state he could go back Thursday 3/6 with the Valve, but the owner declined stating lets just stay with getting an entire new faucet. The tenant called Monday the 3rd to check on the schedule and we called maintenance to verify a day and time. He stated the faucet had not arrived yet and soon as it does he can get it replaced.

Hired Brockington Property Mgmt. Company to manage my rental property in Darlington, SC. The home was vacated by my previous tenant on Aug 07,2021. The company states several applicants applied for the residence and it was move in ready as of Sept 1,2021. the property was shown and applied for by several applicants according to owner Kimberly *********** F*****, who charged a $50 fee per adult applicant. The company posted false photos on Facebook of the condition of the property. The owner Kimberly Brockington F***** later falsified information on property roof work performed by Top Notch Roofing of Lake City, SC, and J & J Painting of painting work and carpet cleaning, etc. This work was never completed nor performed at *** ******* ** in *********** *** The owner of Brockington Property Management filed a false claim of service and is a fraud with court for retribution. No proof of service or detail photos of work performed were ever produced or provided home remained in condition left by last tenant.

Brockington Property was hired to help the owner get ride of a tenant that she was trying to put out without following landlord/tenant law. I came in executed the law, calmed the tenant down and he agreed to leave due to the owner trying to charge him for a sewer issue due to the age of the home, but she stated he put pampers down the toilet. As a managing company our duty is to find a qualified tenant to rent the home. If applicants do not pass the screening through a third party we are unable to move them into any home, not just Mrs. *******'s home. The photos on Facebook were of the home located on Jeffreys street from Google, the tenant moving in has the right to view the home before move in and that is the normal process. There was no roofing work performed on this home, the name of the company who does make ready is "Top Notch Roofing and Construction" they have done work for more companies than Brockington in the area. The work performed by the company was approved by the owner (see proof) and only the work approved was completed. Nothing in the approval states roofing work needed to be done. I have enclosed pictures and a video of all work completed as approved by the owner and paid by Brockington. We went to court on October 10, 2022, the judge ordered all monies owed to Brockington to be paid by November 10, 2022 and the owner has refused to do so as of today. I dropped the contract with Mrs. ******* because she would tell me to do something then change her mind, or act as if we did not have a conversation about what needed to be done to make sure her home was safe for a tenant to move into. This complaint is due to the owner being upset with the courts that she owes the monies due according to the contract she signed with Brockington on July 20, 2021
