    Very disappointed in this company I have ************************************************************************************************************************* touch with them because the vehicle needs to be towed for safety reasons but the responses are nothing short of disbelief if towed there no guarantee when it will be looked at or fixed at this point I am truly disappointed in the business and the vehicle that has a engine that could potentially catch fire

    Upon approaching ************ about the malfunction of the water pump, they refrained from honoring the 12-month warranty that was previously provided to me. Their primary reason for this was that the installed part was not a genuine *** component.It's noteworthy to mention that at the time of the service, the dealership did not inform me or seek my approval regarding their choice to use an aftermarket part. This lack of communication left me unaware of the nature of the replacement until the issue arose.

    We have offered to either replace the part that was installed with another like part at no cost to the customer, or The *** Part for only $58.28 either option must be performed at our *************************** Location. Please advise me to the way he would like to proceed

    Poor service, car been getting service since beginning of April, they wait to last minute to say I have to put an amount down to continue to receive service, did that may 1st and was told now they received a payment they can start the 10hr break down but since then and as of today may 25 they still saying 10 hour break down need to be down then they call someone to come look at it. Im soooo fed up with this company I will not be recommending this business to anyone else..I dont they they know what they doing.. I was rush to make that payment but they taking months to fix my car.

    They took my jeep a **** diwn payment and a year of 640 payment s and put it all int here pocket and tell me i still iwe them more than i financed. They aling with crescent bank took advantage if me and my child whi us autistic and have no remorse. Im a single mom whi works hard to take care if my child and they took more than ***** of mine all together and still charging me more than i financed and way more than what its worth all because im a single mom and they think they are going to get away with this. I have all prrof paperwork and others that they have taken advantage of. May *** bless there souls and i hope they can sleep at night because i sure cant. I know *** will prevail and *** will fix this and make it right.
