I am writing this complaint regarding a service I received from Innovative Wheel Soulutions on 7/19/2023. I took my 2020 ***** ****** to get 2 bent rims fixed. I was informed by the shop that all 4 rims were bent so I paid $580 to get them repaired and when I picked my car up I realized that the shop had scratched all 4 rims really badly as you can see in the photos attached. I contacted the shop and they admitted to the damages via text message and agreed to fix the rims. I took my car the following Monday 7/24 and after agreeing to fix them, the owner (Dave) was very unprofessional and did not want to fix them. Instead, he tried to convince me to pay him to refinish all of them because "some of them had curb rash" when the car was brought in. As if that justified the damage they done. He eventually agreed to put touch up paint on them and fix what they messed up. I wanted to give the shop a fair opportunity to resolve the issue. However, after picking up my car after the second time, they were in worse condition than before. The rims were covered in overspray on the inside and on the face of the rims. It looked as if someone had spray painted them. They also left the weights off of all 4 rims which would have caused even more issues. I had to take my car to another shop in Greenville to fix what they had messed up. I paid $600 again to get the rims refinished the way they should be all because Innovative scratched them and refused to fix them as they should have been. The desired resolution as a customer would be a full refund for what I paid to this shop, because I did not get the service that I paid for and had to pay another shop $600 to fix what Innovative Wheel Solutions damaged.
