    I booked a room 2 queen studio suite to occupy 6 guests at home2suites ,room was said to have maintenance issues but appeared to be overbooked (viewed goggle website others have complained about them being overbooked)when complaining about not getting a call ahead of time they gave me several manager business cards and told me to call to corporate and I would be refunded for stay at ******* *** and that hasn't been the case only given an apology by corporate and haven't gotten a call back to this day from manager at Home2suites after leaving several messages.On Oct 7 Home2suites then advised they talked with ******* *** and they had a room compatible to one booked and it wasnt after being charged i wanted to speak to a manager and was told one wasnt available.All local hotels were booked in local area for 6 people only a few of us were able to stay and shower was leaking and thermostat ripped from wall which scratched my moms arm at ******* *** Duncan sc.total inconvenience.

    Ms. ****** ********** room had maintenance issues and for the safety of our guest we could not accommodate her in our hotel. We made arrangements for her to stay at our sister property right next to us. Home 2 Suites Duncan did not charge Ms. **********  for the reservation. We are not aware if she was charged for the stay at ******* ***. She was in communication with the Assistant General Manager of Home 2 Suites, her name is ******* *******. Home 2 is offering Ms. ********** a 1 free night stay at any ****** ******** via a certificate that she will receive within a week. As far as refund she needs to contact ******* *** Duncan. Let us know if we can be at any further assistance.
