    Had new HVAC Unit installed by Unlimited Heat and Air.
    Have had numerous issues with the new unit, which the installer originally tried to resolve.
    My issue is the unit runs constantly in heat mode because the air handler runs too long after condensing unit shuts off. It heats the room up, then with the air handler running for 5 mins after the condenser unit shuts off, it cools the room down, then the condenser come on again to bring the room up too set temp. This is A **** **** efficiency heat pump unit recommended by to me Unlimited Heat and Air. Since installed my power bill has increased instead of decreasing as they claimed it would. It is very uncomfortable with the unit running in heat mode, the room warms up and then it gets cool and then warms and then cool…over and over again….non stop
    They had a **** Technician come to the house and inspect the unit and he said himself that the unit should only run about 1.5 minutes after the condenser unit shuts off…not 5 minutes. Now Unlimited Heat and Air is saying….oh yeah it suppose to run that long. They no longer have any interest in trying to find what the issue is and fix it.

    We have been working on the issue with Mr ******* *****
    Sent text message to Patrick at ****** ****** again asking him to set up a date and time to meet over at ******** house also asked for Bill H*** from technical support to be there again for the 2nd time.

    The last week in December went to ******* home to check out the unit and run time after being there for about 4 1/2 to 5 hours they said the board was bad and that’s why the run time was so long.
    After they left we inspected the ductwork and found broken pipe and pipe that was no insulation on it and boots were not rap.

    Talked with ****** about the problem and got a quote together for him and worked with him on the pricing for 1/2 the cost. 
    On January 5 and 6 of 2024 we changed out the ductwork and then checked the air flow and static pressure were good.
    We are still working on changing out the main board to cut down on the run time will keep you updated on that.
    I’m going to send pictures of the ductwork before and after.
