    We purchased a Snow Fountain Weeping Cherry tree from Plants Direct at their North Location in *************** on April 23, 2025.The tree was delivered and planted by seller on June 4, 2025. We were told at that time no need to water it in since there was rain predicted for the next day. We did as instructed and followed up by watering tree when it didnt rain. We noticed a few dead leaves and thought this was due to the new planting. After one week the tree appeared to be dying so we took pictures and went to the ************ location where we spoke to a gentleman who identified himself as the Manager. We showed him the pictures and he discussed them with another person in an office. Their decision was that it was our fault because we didnt water the tree sufficiently even though it had rained every day after the tree was planted by them. He instructed us to water every day for 5-6 minutes regardless of any rain. We left unsatisfied with their response but have been following his instructions. To date the condition of the tree has worsened and I am concerned that it may die. We now feel that the tree was not healthy when delivered and planted by them due to the rapid deterioration in one week. It also sat somewhere for over six (6) weeks between purchase and delivery.

    Good afternoon. I have received the complaint in reference to the Weeping Cherry Tree. We do not offer any type of warranty on our plant material because we do not know how the tree was maintained after we left. We have signs posted in our locations stating no warranty. I will be happy to offer the customer a different type tree, same size as Chery if they would like.

    I would like to know how they will make the exchange.

    I expect that the replacement tree will be delivered and planted by them as we originally paid for.

    Also remove the dead tree.

    July 29 Purchased five trees total $3800 with installation one tree got sick and died now I have to pay someone to remove it and get a new plant

    'We have signs in our store and customer signed paperwork stating we do not guarantee plant material. It is a perishable item and we do not know how it is cared for once it leaves our possession. Thank you.
