    I paid $88.40 on August 19th at 9:30pm for a room in the red hill motel. I was given a key and went to the room. There was roaches crawling across the floor as I walked in and the smell of smoke gave me a headache. I immediately went to the front desk for a refund. I was denied a refund and the person denied there being roaches in the room. I took video and picture evidence of the roaches and there were cigarette butts in the room. The person at the desk again refused to admit there were roaches and even tried to offer me bug spray for them which contradicts her statement of them not being there. She said that there is nothing she can do about roaches. I was persistent and she told me to call Monday, today, to get a refund since her manager wasn't there. I left without sleeping or showering and after I had paid. I gave the lady the key at approximately 10:30pm that night and said I was leaving and did not stay the night. I called today as I was told and they refused a refund still saying there were no roaches and I had used the bed. I guarantee I did not use that room. I moved the bed covers to look for roaches and I found some. So they claim that as using the room. I never even sat down the place was so disgusting. The call was pointless and got me nowhere and he hung up saying there are no refunds. I want this place shut down. It should be considered fraud for them to charge and do what they do. I am out of $88.40 and had to go sleep in my car after leaving. I have videos of the roaches and I uploaded pictures of them too. Please feel free to contact me for more information and evidence as I would love to aid in the cause of shutting the place down. They will try to give every excuse how it is my fault and how there are no roaches, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.Thank you.
