    This business provided me an estimate for parts and labor on a Cassette/mini split installation for a ************* in my home on December 3, 2024. The parts were to be $3,600 dollars. Because Mr. ******* is a new HVAC business, and the sole owner, he required parts be paid for upfront and labor be paid following installation completion. Via text message, it was agreed that a check for $3,600 dollars could be pickup up on December 11, 2024, parts purchased and brought to my home after December 16, 2024, and a slow install would start, with a completion date of January 15, 2025. The check was cashed December 12, 2024 and following that time the parts were not brought over and the slow install did not begin. Mr. ******* stated on several occasions both verbally and via text that he had all the parts and that they were ordered from East Coast Metals in ******, **. Finally, on February 11, 2025, I contacted Mr. ******* and stated that since not parts were produced, nor had he started that job, that I wanted the $3,600 dollars returned so that I could hire another company. He stated he was returning the parts, but when I contacted ***************** I was informed by customer service the parts were never purchased or returned. I have provided Mr. ******* of GETRight HVAC a text and have sent him a certified letter giving him until March 1, 2025 to return my money via Cashiers Check but would like assistance getting this money back. I also want to document that I was scammed since Mr. ******* never purchased the parts or started the job, and has not returned my money to date.
