    On 6-22-2023 I placed an order for a ****************************** Loveseat in the larger size after waiting patiently for months October I notified the salesperson about what the delivery status was and was told that ****** said they never received the order and was given a delivery date forNov 20th and I asked the salesperson to make sure it was correct when it was received she assured me she would Nov 20th came and went and no notification about where my order was so I sent an email on the morning of Dec 5th asking about the status shortly after sending that email I received calls stating that the delivery guys where at my property ready to make delivery without being notified that the recliner had received when I saw it I noticed that it looks like a standard loveseat so I asked one of the delivery guys if he had the measurements on his paperwork he said no it just said largest so I mmediately send an email to the salesperson asking for measurements once I received the measurements I measured the recliner and it doesnt measure what I was told I was told the measurement was 63 inches wide it actually measures 59 inches I called the store Wed Dec 6th morning and explained that it doesnt 63 inches wide and I reminded her that I was very specific about what I wanted I asked if someone could come and measure it I didnt get an answer she said the sizes sometimes varies and my response was if it states 63 inches wide it should measure 63 inches wide especially since I was adamant that I wanted a larger size she said she would check and call me back or her manager would call me I waited all day Wed for a call back and no one called me I have been very patient with them and I expected to get what I paid for I want the delivery guys to pick up the Recliner and bring me a refund check for the full amount I paid which is $1,929.20 since I have already paid my credit card for this amount

    Paid in full and was BS'ed for 10 months all to not fit the area correctly. Sold the old one in the meantime. So we are left with this garbage. Notice the console area. The comfort is less than desirable and has armrest defects as well as console wood defects. Karma! Remember that!! Every dog has their day!!!

    This customer came into our business after trying the 6 piece sectional at another store. He ordered the furniture on 1-30-21 and was told it would be 6 to 8 months to arrive. The furniture arrived after an additional 2 months of waiting and we delivered on 11-9-21. Later in the morning, the customer came in the store raging, screaming profanity and scaring all of our staff and 5 other customers! The store owner offered to come pick up the furniture immediately and refund his $$. Afraid of this man, the store owner asked the Conway police to meet her and the delivery crew at their house. The police talked to Customer while store owner met with customer's wife with the delivery men. The delivery men rearranged the 6 piece sectional to fit the room and repositioned their rug. The wife called her husband to get his ok on the furniture. He approved the sectional and we left. That afternoon, at closing, the customer called the store wanting to speak to someone about warranty and repairs We asked our repairman to call him and he did. His issues were a dip in the arm rests and said console had a dent. Please note, store owner took plastic off console and saw no problems. Also, the customers could have gotten a different color finish on this console but did not want to pay the up charge. Also, the customer weighs more than 300 pounds which would strain any piece of furniture.

    1.There was a pic shown to the sales lady, she was told to duplicate it. The size 12x9 was given to her too.
    2. We never tried this sectional at a different location.
    3. The store owner trespassed into our home.
    4. The defective claim was made the next day.
    5. The dent is in the wood, look at the pic provided.
    6. We were not offered a different color as we were told that was the only color offered.
    7. Lastly so your telling me you sell furniture that has weight limits? That was not disclosed either.
    8. Talk to my lawyer. Period.
