    Gave a $5500 down payment $2000 went on a warranty that is no good covering no expenses bc I was made unaware that it requires oil changes every 6000 miles or every 3 months when Audi only requires every 10,000 miles or once a year and the dealership said didn’t need an oil change the screen woul let me know. Since feb 2024 I have $ 9000 of major mechanical repairs in the car dealership won’t help. The car is being towed again for more repairs and I still owe $7500 on this car. They said they replaced the right axle but had to replace it. I was told to cancel the warranty and the dealership would give me my money back but they avoid me. I am disabled and live on disability with a disabled husband and family members are paying for the repairs and I have to pay them back. I am unable to afford this. They took advantage of me I don’t even want to see the next repair bill next week. These people shouldn’t be in business I don’t want this to happen to other people. I need a safe reliable car and I need my money back

    Its unfortunate that Customer, assumed the wrong intervals for doing maintenance on her vehicle. Vehicle was sold as is no dealer warranty, if customer has a vehicle service contract, the company usually honors it and third party Vehicle service contracts can be cancelled directly by customers anytime by simply calling the company and requesting cancellations. Sales are final and can't be unwind.

    Purchased a used car almost 30 Days ago.. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON.
    Called Dealer,was told to call warranty company, Called warranty Company, was told to get a diagnosis from a auto car place, did that , Called warranty comp, does Not Cover. Frustrated,FRUSTRATED, Called GTI to Let them Know I was bringing car back and wanted my deposit...
    Their suggestion to me was fix the car, otherwise it would be repossession if I Don't pay My 1st car payment How do I do that, to fix a car I haven't had a Whole Month, I haven't even Paid my 1st car note!!! ?? what????

    Customer purchased a vehicle and got a 3rd party warranty through ****. Warranty is valid, according to customer, warranty company told her to get car diagnosed and after diagnosis it was determined that all the car needed was spark plugs replaced. Warranty Company told her that spark plugs replacement is routine car maintenance and that is not covered by warranty companies, which is also a basic google fact. Customer calls us fuming about the situation, we try to pacify her and point her to genuine repair places who would not exploit her with an exorbitant bill and told her a pack of 4 spark plugs cost $20 or less and she won’t listen stuck on how she wanted to return the car and get her money back. I explained to her that irresponsible consumer behavior like that would only potentially hurt her credit.

    April 3 & April 15 gave a deposit to a man who works for GTI. Went April 16th to pick up car and employee states employee no longer works here and and there is no way to get deposit back.
