    I dined on Easter Sunday with my family and we had the MOST RUDE waiter. I never experienced this type of customer service before at California Dreaming. It started with him cutting me off every-time I tried to order something. I ignored that but did think it was weird. He was nowhere to be found after we received our food. I was not able to order desert and neither did I get refills on my drink. When he finally came back after 23 minutes without checking on us, I asked for my check. My table decided that we were going tip him cash so I did a no tip on the card. When he noticed, he asked was there something wrong with his services and I told him. He got upset and raised his voice and told me that he heard I said the same thing about another server. I haven’t been to California dreaming in so long and never have I ever had an issue with a server so I assume he was mistaking me with some one else. He started to say something else but I couldn’t understand him because of his thick accent and mask. He proceeded to speak rudely to me and aggressively rested his hands on the back of my seat while talking to me. That was not only inappropriate but unprofessional. I felt threatened and I asked for the manager. He said no because he got other things to do. I found another server and asked for the manager and the manager came over. In the middle of me telling the manager the story, the server came over, starred at me with his arms crossed and he just let him. Only thing the manager did was apologize, gave the “he typically doesn’t act like this speech” and asked did we want a free dessert. I declined the free dessert because something free is not what I wanted. I want this server to be reprimanded for his unprofessional behavior and representation of the company. I do not feel comfortable stepping into another California Dreaming knowing that this type of behavior is acceptable.
