    I applied for a property advertised for rent on Trulia by Tierra Bella Realty on 03/12/2023. I provided them with all documents that were asked of me and also paid application fee. On 03/16/2023, I received an email from Tierra Bella that included a link to a DocuSign to sign off on the approval of my application and an invoice for security deposit and next steps to renting process. I made the deposit of $2670.00 to Tierra Bella Realty via cash app on 03/17/2023. I spoke with the office several times trying to make an appointment to sign the lease for a move in date of 04/01/2023. I was told that they needed to speak with the owner of the home and would contact me for further instructions. My significant other visited the property on 03/21/2023 and did a self tour and was okay with everything with the house except the walls may need to be painted. We thought that was the reason for the hold up. On 03/27/2023, I texted Tierra Bella realty at the number provided in the morning just to get an update because they had not contacted me from the previous week. I was called at 9:17am by their office stating that the owner had changed their mind and would now like to sell the house instead of renting. They gave me the information for another property but it would not be available until 04/10/23 or later. Which was too late for me because my current lease ends 03/31/23. I received my money back from the security deposit but I also want my application fee because it was false advertisement and I would not have applied if the house was advertised for sale. I was told that I could not get my application fee back because she had already used it and she would contact the owner to see if the owner would be able to refund.

    On january 1 2023 tenants paid Tierra W******* at tierra bella realty 2200 dollars for rent and she kept the payments and did not send the rents to the owner and she kept the tenants deposits and did not send it to the owner or the new property manager when she was terminated I have tried to resolve the issue to no avail she has been increasingly harder ti reach as she said she’s paid me but cannot provide proof or a transaction # to trace the funds as of now she owes me over 5000 she has also shared my bank information with other businesses without my consent
