    I work for ******** ******** ********* in the state of Florida. ******** ******** ********* uses Accrue Health for flex card benefits for their employees. I utilize the flex card in order to seek reimbursement for my son's dependent care during the summers. I submitted a reimbursement claim to Accrue Health for my son's soccer camp on 06/21/23. The amount was for $365.00. On 06/22/23, Accrue Health advised that they needed additional documentation to approve for reimbursement. I provided the additional documentation on 06/23/23. Accrue Health typically approves these expenses within 24 hours when they have all the documents that they need. I noticed on 06/28/23 that my claim for $365.00 still was not approved. I contacted Accrue Health by phone and their representative advised that my claim has been approved for reimbursement and they did not know why it still showed as pending. The representative stated to wait till end of this week for their system to show claim was approved. I checked my flex card account today, 06/30/23, and saw that my claim was still not approved. It still show pending. I contacted Accrue Health again and explained this to them. I explained that I rely on getting my claims reimbursed timely so that I can pay for my son's additional summer camps the following week. They advised that another team would have to review my claim for final payment approval and they would follow back up with me either later today or by 07/05/23. I advised that this is too long and that I already waited a week. They advised that there was nothing additional they could do. I feel like this is unjust since all I am asking for is reimbursement of my own money that I put in my flex card through Accrue Health. I appreciate any help you can give me in getting Accrue Health to reimburse me my $365.00 as soon as possible so that I can continue paying for my son's soccer camps.
