    Waited in the waiting room 7hrs finally just walked out and left and per mychart Dr. James Welch A******** PA, falsified information on my chart by stating I was resting comfortably in the bed. I never made it back there to a room. I sat in the waiting room in my wheelchair in pain for 7 hrs then left. For him to lie as if I had a room and resting in the bed is just pure crazy. The only time I saw this man was in triage and I thought he had a good bedside manner but once they wheeled me back to the waiting room I saw him and nobody else. And the nurses at the check in desk are so ******** rude especially the ***** ***** **** ***** ********* **** **** *** *****. Don’t waste your time going here.
