    I went trough healthcare.gov to sign up for coverage in which I submitted my payment twice becuase Ambetter for some unknown reason does not send or collect confirmation emails when submiting payment. I submitted the second payment becuase I was unaware of the only thing I was going to get was a confirmation number for a payment as well as most companys wont let you do a double charge. I have called your support a number of times in which they are telling me they can not find anything. I have had them blind transfer me to healthcare.gov despite ambetter being the party listed on my credit card, to as much as a refusal to escalate my interaction and give me the run around to bull face lies regarding turn around time. On my 4th contact I actually got someone that was willing to help and attempted to transfer to a team internal to ambetter vs pawing the call off on healthcare.gov when ambetter took the double payment. I want the coverage but I dont want to double pay for something espically when for some reason the company that took my money cant find my money. The confimration for the second payment is ******** this is also the same payment I want cancled as the first payment was intentional not the second. I want the coverage I dont want to spend DOUBLE! Please hire US staff the amount you charge is the same as BLUE CROSS and they hire US staff. IF you are to outsource please do so to people that can be understood. These people dont seem to care and dont try. Attached are a copy of the second confirmation number as well as my apple card showing the double payment. Please issue a refund for the second payment as this was not intended nor required to start coverage.
