ANDREW J****....THIS MAN IS A 70 YR OLD FRAUD!! WILL LIE ON HIS FAMILY AND HIS HEALTH TO CON YOU! on may 18, i went under a home renovation contract with andrew j**** of b manning construction llc. andrew stated completion date of 3 weeks. since the beginning of our contract andrew has required funds to be paid in order to complete this project. andrew has been paid, to date 40,310.00 in full & has has not completed the first contract agreement which is the foundation. we have paid for labor and materials for 2 electrians such as flooring, cabinets, countertops, vanities, none of these items have been delivered. I know for sure he did not pay the 2nd electrician, and the first he stated he paid $4700 but 1st electrician electricians did not complete work. he would tell us that he was at the property, & was not. as of yesterday, he told me and the 2nd electrician, he contracted, he was on the way to the property with materials and payment but never showed up and never answered or replied. after realizing what was happening, googled bbb, & there are 2 other similar scenarios oct & jan 2022-23. AND THE CRAZY PART IS , WE WORK FOR THE SAME REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE! HE HAS BEEN LYING AND SCAMMING FOR YEARS AND OPERATING UNDER A CANCELLED LICENSE.
