- According to item 9 in our Terms and Conditions: Cancellations of this contract can be made within 3 business days or until training has begun, whichever occurs first. No refunds will be given thereafter. Refund request must be submitted in writing and receieved in our office within 3 business days of enrollment. Qualifying refunds will be mailed within 30 days of written cancellation request.
