    I have never been so embarrassed in my life while engaging with a company. The business manager ****** failed to understand the needs of the work I needed done and when I presented at the office she lied and stated that she didn't give me that information even though myself and my orthodontist explained the situation via telephone to the front desk person prior to me speaking to her. I was bullied by both her and the "regional manager" who asked me " you said you gotten opinions from other dentist offices, is there a reason you want the work done here"? This question was posed even after her understanding that their office was the one that did the inferior work on the tooth that is the problem. She listened to responded the entire conversation rather than understanding my concerns. Both the office manager and regional manager treated me as if I was a threat of some sort to them even though my posture was non aggressive and my legs were crossed while we spoke. After being asked the above question, I politely got up and left as I took this as them no longer wanting me to be a patient. I went to the front and politely asked for my records. Me and the front desk staff discussed nails and other things while she got my records together. I asked for the last names of the two ladies I spoke with (to file a complaint). When the front desk staff went to ask her last name. ******* contacted the owner of the company, ***** ******, on her cell phone who then proceeded to speak loudly on speaker phone in front of everyone in the waiting area stating " in order to diffuse the situation I'm going to ask you to walk out the doors and leave the building. When trying to respond to state that I was leaving I was just waiting to get my records. He continued to state some other things, but I couldn't hear him because ******* backed away a bit with the phone. I was treated like a deviant and not a customer. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was despicable treatment.

    Customer service at the front desk is poor! No greeting when I walked through the door. Very rude. The front staff acted as though asking the dentist to give me time off for the dental work I had done was impossible. I had 2 wisdom teeth and a back tooth pulled and was expected to return to work the next day. I was not able to take any pain medicines due to pregnancy. Dr. Paul Gilroy was awesome throughout the whole process. It’s the assistants at the front, I think their names were Kellie and Tonya that made the experience terrible. They constantly lied about what the actual doctor was saying and projected their opinions on my request even though they aren’t medical professions that should give medical advice… After my procedure I had a family member in the waiting room waiting for my return, to drive me home, Kellie took it upon herself to broadcast my personal information across the waiting room to my family member without my permission and without knowing if they were family or not. I was standing behind her while she yelled out my information, then after walking up to her she asked was the person with me a relative. HIPPA protocol was totally violated and my privacy was compromised… After speaking with the dentist about my concerns for time off to fully recover there was no issues that the assistants at the front advised me of. Those ladies at the front make southern smiles look bad. Again the actual dentist and his assistants are awesome.
