    Marissa was very confident she could get me back blonde and get me right. stuff started when she rescheduled my consultation twice, then she finally booked me and canceled an hour before, so i rescheduled SHE PUSHED IT BACK AN HOUR. so at the point im frustrated but didnt wanna go through process of finding a new salon. get in there yesterday and everything is totally fine. she would act slightly snarky if i asked any questions, but i just ignored it. then i had been at the bowl so long i was starting to worry i was like “hey what step are we on, is this the filler you were talking abt?” she drops everything in her hands, looks at me and just starts attacking me, claiming i’m insulting her and questioning her work and no wonder my old stylist isn’t working with me. i was literally so shocked this was infront of other clients too i didn’t even respond, she told me she was just gonna stop right where she was she didn’t wanna do it anymore. i started to say i have the right to know what she’s putting on my hair and Marissa and her sister “nicole” just starting attacking me saying im too stupid to understand that’s why i don’t deserve to know, and how im the rudest client they’ve ever had, i was so baffled i told her i would just walk out. she told me basically to “get the fuck out of her salon chair” and so i tried and then she verbally attacked me again because “why would she let me walk out like that”??? so at that point i was just so lost. she was so unprofessional and made me shake and the whole situation still doesn’t make sense to me. she was threatening me with her security footage yet wouldn’t show it bc she knows i literally just was shocked i couldn’t even speak, she’s threatening defamation, i payed the full price, and was disrespected so bad i cried for atleast 4 hours. I have shared my experience on social media and have had over 3 ex employees reach out claiming she does horrible things like this all the time, as well as doesn’t pay her employees.
