    I am writing to file a complaint with the BBB about the poor service and communication I have experienced from my current apartment complex. The complex is undergoing management transitions and has failed to provide me with a reliable way to pay my rent online. On February 27th, 2024, I tried to log into the resident portal to pay my rent, but I received an error message. I contacted the leasing office and they told me that the portal was not working and that they had sent out printed notifications through maintenance. However, I never received any letter on my door or in my building. They instructed me to bring in a check or money order to pay my rent for March. On March 5th, 2024, I dropped off my money order at the leasing office between 7:50 am and 8:00 am, before going to work. The leasing office does not have a secure rent drop box, so I slid it under the door due to the leasing office being closed. I called them later that day, around 3:30 pm, to verify that they had received my payment. They said they could not find it and that they would call me back once they did. I did not receive any call back or any answer when I called them three more times between 4:30 pm and 4:50 pm. On March 6th, 2024, I called them again at 1:41 pm to check on the status of my payment. They still had not found it and said they were going to try to access the cameras, which they could not do the day before. I have copies of my money order receipts and I will drop off a copy to the apartment leasing office today. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. I have paid my rent on time every month and I expect better service and communication from the management. I request that you investigate this matter and ensure that my payment is processed and that I do not incur any late fees or penalties. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

    Squaters, crime, no answers to emails or phone calls, nonworking washers, pools and gym. They do not pay ANY of the utilities. Thier adds on all the apartment websites are lies and office staff will say this or that should be up within a month thats also a lie
