I'm not sure where to even start this complaint.... hired the company when I first moved into my new home to replace the main sewer line well was told they could do all lines for a decent price so I agreed. The day they showed up all was good then they started coming inside giving different reasons why they couldn't do stuff. I thought this was being communicated between the workers and management came to find out it wasn't. Well now almost a year later after I thought the job was done right and professional i was completely wrong. I went under there today to find my sewer line is leaking and was not replaced so now I have standing sewer water under my house. All of the old piping that was supposed to be removed is literally cut and laid all under my house. Not to mention the 6000$ worth of crawlspace work with new insulation and vapor barrier that is tore to shreds and laying every where. If this is not addressed I will be in contact with a lawyer as this is utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. If the job was needed to cost more then they should have put it in the invoice they sent me before the job was started and finished but they did not. Please make this right so I do not have to go that route.

I hired Pure Flow Plumbing to come to my home to replace my hot water heater and sump pump due to flooding home. Upon the technician ******'s arrival he immediately looked at the problem areas then provided me with the diagnostic report verbally. He informed me that I need a 1 hp grinder pump, pump all waste out of tank, a basin patch and to rewire the alarm box and quoted me $4600. He also stated I needed to replace the hot water heater and quoted me $2300. I agreed with the quote and paid the invoice that day. ****** arrived 2 days later to make the repairs with an unauthorized female who dont work for the company. He completed the job within 1.5 hrs. He called me at work to communicate he finished the job. Once I arrived home I visually inspected his work and was shocked by what I saw. The sewer tank was filled over halfway with sludge and waste. The pump was caked with grease sludge. I proceeded over to inspect the hot water heater and noticed it was leaking water from the connector. I called ****** he immediately got defensive and told me he done everything we agreed to. After going back and forth for 20 minutes I discovered that he didnt ************ out, he didnt install the basin patch and he didnt rewire the alarm box. I informed him that I will be calling his official to make a formal complaint about my issue and he proceeded to tell me he was the service manager and my complaint will be redirected to him. I phoned the office the next day and asked to speak to the manager. I was transferred to a service manager and provided him with a detailed overview of everything that transpired. He informed me that ****** wasnt a Service Manager and the female he brought to my home didnt work for the company. I immediately requested a new 1hp grinder pump, basin patch and my tank to be drained bc thats what I paid for. Needless to say 2 weeks later my children and I are still in a hotel and the grinder pump doesnt work. Some please help!!!

The work that was completed was exactly what ********* paid for. The wiring for the alarm box as well as the basin patch was not included in the option that ********* chose. She stated that she did not have the money for that. ********* was aware and signed and agreed to the work that was going to be completed. After our work was completed, she had another plumbing company come out and serviced her home, due to not knowing what that company could have done, all the warranties on our work were then voided. She also let **************, ******, know that she was in the process of suing 3 other plumbing companies after we completed the work.

I am rejecting this response because: this company flat out lied! They gave me a $200 discount to out bid another company to secure the job. Never did they mention with the $200 discount in return I wouldnt receive thousands of dollars worth of work they quoted me for. I paid for 1 hp pump and upon further review they installed 1/2 hp pump that was worth $250!!! Why would I agree to pay them $4600 for that?? This company is a scam and will take advantage of there customers. RUUUNNNNN
