            We are a repeat ********************************* did our ********************** lighting & everything went fine. ***************** came to my home & gave me a quote. We went over everything & came up with a plan. We tweaked ******* said he would send someone in approx. 2 weeks. I never heard back so I followed up. He said it was a mix up so he would send someone in 2-3 weeks & again nothing. I called/emailed ******** ignored me. I called the office & spoke to ****** who was surprised. She called me back & made a bunch of excuses that *** is a single dad & is busy. Even when I'm busy I get back to clients. Finally *** emailed saying he was doing me a "favor" trying to squeeze me in because it wasn't that big of a job & usually jobs are 4 months out. I never asked to be squeezed in...put me on the calendar with everyone else. So, is my job not big enough for them? They're picking & choosing what jobs they want? I even emailed **** Benton explaining everything only to be completely ignored as well. Horrific customer service! Lastly, a girl named ***** who is new there called me & said she'd call me back the next day but I bet you can guess what happened...no call back...great follow up with this company. I first called them in ************ now October. At least another landscaper is finally scheduled to do my **************** will look much better than what Benton is capable of since all of their plantings always look the same and they are overpriced. I am saving money to boot!

            The homeowner had requested some work for their yard. I met with her, gave her a quote and 2/3rds of the work was cut out leaving a few plants to install. We have a $7500 minimum, but since we were in the neighborhood, we would try to accommodate her. Multiple emails went back and forth over a 2 month period because the homeowner was rejecting plants proposed and and was wanting things that were not available at that time due to short supplies with Covid issues. I offered to meet the homeowner at the nursery to pick from what was available and was not taken up on the offer. We finally agreed to the plants, re-sent the revised proposal and did not hear back for 3 weeks until she called asking when we were going to do her plants. She was told that she never responded to the revised proposal with her approval, therefore, it was not scheduled. She was told we would try to get those in over the next couple of weeks but could not guarantee exactly when because of our schedule. After 2 weeks to the day from that email, the homeowner emailed demanding a date. They wanted the plants in before the heat of summer. The homeowner had also made negative comments on ******** about our company after we had tried for weeks to reach an agreement on plants with her. At that point we decided it was best not to do business with this individual. This complaint seems invalid due to the fact it is more of a complaint that we have chosen not to do business with her, rather than a legitimate complaint of service.
