    Kings Handyman was hired to do some work for my deceased brothers estate and I searched companies that a had a good BBB rating since I lived approximately one and one-half hours away. Choosing this company was a BIG mistake on my part. Number 1 Lucas King the owner was to replace the front and rear stairs to my brothers trailer but before doing the work he failed to get a permit from York county which is required so county will inspect to make sure work was completed to their standards Number 2 Company was to tear out and replace the floor in the two bathrooms with matching laminate flooring. The laminate did not come close to matching the flooring/ Number 3 Company was to repair a spot on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms so it would blend in with the ceiling The work did not come close to my satisfaction, when I told him I was not happy with the results his comment was you do not have to be happy. I decided at this point to have another company to help with the repair. The company I hired to look at work easily came up with a plan to fix the ceiling. I had the company to also look at the bathroom floors and they felt something was wrong with this work because when you stepped on parts of the floor it was not solid but would bend. I had this company to take up the floor and they discovered the subfloor that should have been removed was only partially done and Kings Handyman had used cardboard to try to make the floor level. this would be the reason the floor sagged. The floor was replaced by this company all subfloor that needed removal was done. I have pictures of the subfloor that was removed and comments from the company who did the repair. I also have pictures of the before and after of the ceiling repair. This cost me an additional $2500 in expenses. I am sure Kings Handyman felt like this flooring would never be discovered since they tried to coverup their poor work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIR. They will take your money and run!!

    Lucas at Kings Handyman has done 3 jobs for me (there will be more and bigger projects) and to say the work was done satisfactorily would be an insult to Lucas. All work was exceptional but the best part was Lucas and ***** themselves. In our first meeting they made me feel so comfortable as we discussed the initial work, how could I not use them. Then Lucas tolerated me talking too much to him while he was doing the work. Highly recommend Kings Handyman for any jobs.
