Watch out for Salesman Ben at the Sunrise office. He was very unprofessional. I called for an estimate, he measured and explained the options, then he offered financing, and I asked what are the payments like? He said he needed my information to find out. He opened a loan without telling me that was what he was doing. He overquoted the work and never showed me the price per window/door, when I asked several times for this information.

Extremely horrible customer service. Left me hanging for over an hour when I had a scheduled appointment time. When an appointment was rescheduled the salesman showed up at my house, instead of at the office which I thought it would be at. (was never informed that it was going to be at my house). Then when it came to the appointment of measuring my windows, I waited at my house for 1/2 hour before returning to my job and had to call them. Now granted we just had a hurricane (cat 1) the night before, but all I expected was a phone call to tell me he was going to be late or to reschedule. So i decided to cancel my order due to the poor customer service and went to the office to do so. The attitude that was displayed to me was unbelievable. The man David was extremely rude and very unprofessional.

Mr. Stoerzinger came into the showroom during our Open House. Due to the high volume of attendees at the Open House, all of our factory representatives were assisting other customers when he arrived. As a result, there was a wait time. We offered Mr. Stoerzinger to allow us to schedule a time to come out and meet him for the estimate. Mr. Stoerzinger placed and order with NewSouth. Unfortunately, he has decided to cancel his contract due to the delay in the measuring of the windows the day after the hurricane. We have agreed to return Mr. Stoerzinger's deposit.
