I had to move out of apartment 142 due to flooding and mold problem, at the start of October I was able to move in to 136. I got half off the rent for the time I had to continue staying in apartment 142 while other arrangements were made, I was also to receive my first month of rent free when I moved in to the new apartment. Unfortunately I was not informed of this until after I had already moved in and paid rent for October and November, they were going to give me the month of December off instead, this phone call occurred in front of witnesses in the front office on the 15th of November . December 26th comes and I receive a phone call from District manager telling me that there are two months of rent missing and that I needed to cut a check for my base rent plus waiver fee and that everything else would be taken care of, she said she was going to have a meeting about my account and needed "something". January 6th rolls around and I receive call from front desk lady asking about rent, I spoke with her and asked what the check I cut was for, and she said it was for December's rent, I showed her on my account that I have yet to receive the month of free rent and she told me to hold off paying while she got in touch with district manager, a few days later district manager calls and informs me I have already received it in the form of credits to my account, when I tell her I have paid every month in full since moving in she asks me for proof and to communicate by email, I go to bank and pull all payments to the apartments and send email with statements. I don't get a response, and I send a new email at beginning Feb. asking for clarity and that I'm paying Feb rent. I get no response. Since then I received threats of eviction, the district manager won't respond to me, I paid March rent and I received a copy of the Ledger and it is full of accounting errors, they are aware of this but instead of fixing the account, they want me to pay January with fees or go to court.

MOLD IN APARTMENT!! Unfixed after months. In my toddler's bathroom. Health hazard to us. Was promised it would be fixed again but it was not. It is getting worse and worse. Many other neighbors are having mold and leaking ceilings as well.

The leak that is causing the moisture and mold needs to be actually fixed and not just the mold painted over again.
