    I ordered a brake handle cable assembly for a featherlight walker/rollator, the item described included the cable, attachment ends, handle and handle bar. What I received did not include the handle bar or cable end attachments also did not match the original equipment or photograph from the seller.

    HME Medical shop is displaying the BBB logo on it's web pages and BBB business Profile states the business is NOT accredited. Thus if this is a mistake BBB needs to correct. And if HME Medical Shop does not deserve to display the logo, they should fix their web page, even if they were accredited in the past.

    Displaying the logo when unwarranted calls into question their business practices for me. I am likely to look elsewhere.

    This company’s return portal, will not let me return item. Stating “ information not found”. I never received an email confirmation. They do not respond to their emails and I have sent many. The phone number doesn’t work but is just a robot repeating the same context. Do not buy from her very poor practices they should be out of business.
